1.जानें फार्म मशीनरी बैंक योजना के बारे में, मशीनरी बैंक खोलने पर पा सकते है 80 प्रतिशत अनुदान।

कृषि के विकास में आधुनिक यंत्रों की भूमिका मह्वपूर्ण है, पर लघु और सीमांत किसानों के लिए इन्हें खरीदना आर्थिक रूप से संभव नहीं है। ऐसी स्तिथि में किसानों की सहायता को केंद्र सरकार ने आधुनिक कृषि यंत्र किराये पर उपलब्ध करने के उद्देश्य से देश में 42 हजार कस्टेम हायरिंग केंद्र बनाये हैं।

किसानों की आय वर्ष 2022 तक दोगुनी करने के उद्देश्य से फार्म मशीनरी बैंक योजना शुरू की गई जिसके तहत फार्म मशीनरी बैंक खोलने पर किसानों को यंत्र के मूल्य का 80% अनुदान मिलेगा, बाकी राशि कृषक समूह द्वारा दी जाएगी जिसके लिए वे बैंक से लोन भी ले सकते हैं। इस मशीनरी बैंक में 10 लाख रुपए तक के यंत्र रखे जा सकते हैं।

इसके अलावा सरकार ने किसानों को आसानी से किराए पर कृषि यंत्र प्राप्त हो सकें इसके लिए “सीएचसी-फार्म मशीनरी” मोबाइल ऐप भी चलाया है, जिसकी मदद से उन्हें अपने क्षेत्र में कस्टरम हायरिंग सेवा सेंटर से किराए पर ट्रैक्टर और अन्य कृषि यंत्र मिल जाएंगे।

कृषि यंत्रों पर अनुदान के लिए आवेदन करने हेतु किसान सीएससी (कॉमन सर्विस सेंटर) पर जाकर https://register.csc.gov.in/ पर आवेदन कर सकता है। यूपी के किसानों के लिए http://www.upagriculture.com/  वेबसाइट है।

2.भारी बारिश से बागानों में उत्पादन प्रभावित

इस वर्ष भारी बारिश के कारण कई तरह की फसलों पर इसका नकारात्मक असर पड़ा है । इन्हीं फसलों में से एक है - चाय ! 

लगातार हो रही बारिश के कारण दार्जिलिंग और असम के मजदूर पत्तियां तोड़ने बागान में नहीं आ पा रहे हैं । जिससे उत्पादन लगभग ठप हो गया है । तो वही 25 मार्च से भारत में हुए लॉकडाउन से पश्चिम बंगाल के चाय बागानों में भी काम बंद था । असम में भी तब से काम बंद था । अप्रैल और मार्च मैं जब पत्तियां तोड़ने का उपयुक्त समय होता है तब काम बंद था । और उसके बाद जब काम चालू किया गया तो बारिश शुरू हो गई । इंडियन टी एसोसिएशन के मुताबिक पिछले साल की अपेक्षा इस साल चाय के उत्पादन में 40% की गिरावट आई है । 

उत्पादन कम होने के कारण बाजार में चाय की आपूर्ति भी कम गई है । चाय की कम आपूर्ति के चलते इसकी कीमतों में भी वृद्धि हुई है । लेकिन इस सबके बावजूद चाय उद्योग को इस बार घाटे का मुंह देखना पड़ेगा । इसलिए कि उत्पादन में जिस तरह गिरावट आई है । उसमें चाय की कीमत बढ़ने के बाद भी इसमें हुए घाटे की भरपाई मुमकिन नहीं है । उत्पादन घटने से देश के संपूर्ण चाय उद्योग पर इसका असर पड़ने के आसार नजर आ रहे हैं ।

3.Important Points to keep in mind while Cultivating Ginger

Ginger is used as a spice. India is one of the leading producers of ginger in the world. Ginger is cultivated in most of the states in India. Ginger grows well in a warm and humid climate and is cultivated from sea level to an altitude of 1500 m above sea level. For the successful cultivation of the crop, moderate rainfall is required. Ginger thrives best in well-drained soils like sandy loam and clay loam. The best time for planting ginger is around the first weeks of May with the start of pre-monsoon showers. The land is to be plowed 4 to 5 times or dug thoroughly with receipt of early summer showers to bring the soil to a fine tilth. 

At the time of planting, well-decomposed cattle manure has to be applied by broadcasting over the beds prior to planting or by applying in the pits at the time of planting. Application of neem cake, 2 tonnes/hectare at the time of planting helps in reducing the incidence of rhizome rot disease and increasing the yield. Ginger attains full maturity in 210-240 days after planting however, harvesting of ginger for vegetable starts after 180 days of planting.

4.Amendment in PM Fasal Bima Yojana

The state government of Haryana has decided to make PM Fasal Bima Yojana voluntary for the farmers of Haryana. Now, they can choose to opt for insurance under this scheme or can voluntarily withdraw their name from this scheme.

To withdraw your name, you have to give a proper declaration for the same to the respective bank. In addition, Farmers without KCC card can also apply for insurance under this scheme. For which they have to approach common service centres or banks and submit the required documents that include a copy of land proof, Aadhaar Card, bank copy, and crop sowing certificate.

The scheme is basically to maintain the financial stability of farmers in case of any natural calamity or any other risk. Farming is significantly dependent on weather conditions and this kind of schemes are very beneficial for farmers during adverse weather conditions.

5.Pradhan Mantri Kisan Urja Suraksha evem Utthan Mahabhiyan (PM-KUSUM).

Water plays a crucial role in agriculture as irregular and improper water supply causes immature growth of crops. Water issues are more complex in India due to its monsoon pattern and diversified land area. The government has started PM-KUSUM to solve farmers water problems by providing them with a solar water pump that too with 90% subsidy on it.

Registration for the scheme has started. And currently, the department of agriculture is setting up a solar water pump in Uttar Pradesh. Under this scheme, the installation of a 5 HP solar water pump is going on. The department is following the first come first serve rule for this scheme. So, farmers should apply as early as they can.

The interested farmers can apply through the official website of Uttar Pradesh or they can even contact DD agricultural office. Then, they have to submit the draft in the DD agriculture office. Farmers only have to make the draft of Rs. 94,764 and have to submit it to the bank as their part and the government will take care of the remaining amount of money from Rs.2,36,912.Farmers also have to prepare a 6 inch boring. After completion of all this process, the department will deliver a solar pump and half-inch water at the farmer's doorstep.
